2008-03-27: Kleinhenz releases split CD and celebrates with release show
Swedish Winter Took His Life (Susanna Branding) and Björn
Kleinhenz, and American Cedarwell (Erik Neave) headed out on the
German roads together in January 2008. The CD Sing Out! was originally
released and brought as a tour support. On the CD, each of them
contributes with three songs each in their own devoted style. Together they
form a warm (but not too hot), steaming (but not too smoky), and tasty (but
not too spicy), pot of lo-fi brew.
All three of the guys have been touring extensively the last few years. Erik has pretty much played every town in America, crashing in the back of his station wagon. Björn and Susanna have done quite a few collaborations over the last year: the split tape/web release Blood Bone/Home Alone 2, appearances on each other’s albums and touring in Germany and Sweden.
A farewell show will be arranged in Hagateatern, Göteborg on the release day, Saturday March 29th. Welcome to listen to three peculiar artists that go excellent together!
